1- Will I be a part-time or full-time trainer?
We are seeking both part-time trainers and full-time trainers
2- What will I train?
At CBS we provide various training programs that are based on interaction and implementation, to aid participants gain the skills IN-CLASS. This includes all types of trainings such as time management, leadership, emotional intelligence, etc. & the more specialized trainings of Marketing, Sales, HR, and Customer Care. So if your field of specialty is any of the above mentioned fields, you are eligible to apply.
3- What is the salary?
As a trainer you are paid per hour which is negotiated based on your experience and abilities.
4- What is the training I’ll receive?
After an assessment test, you will receive a minimum of 40 hours of TOT (Training of Trainer) by our team specialists to ensure the adherence of your training skills and techniques to our quality standards.
5- How much will I pay for the TOT?
Nothing, but you will sign a commitment contract with CBS.
