Description
Major Responsibilities:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face-to-face
Represent the company in the most professional, courteous, and efficient manner possible
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences on timely manner
Process orders, forms, applications and requests on time with high quality
Submit accurate and timely management reports
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Work flexible Shifts
Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent English language
Excellent use of Ms. Word and Ms. Excel 2007
Hard worker
Highly organized
Attention to detail
Believe in continuous learning and self development
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Candidates will undertake the following tests:
1. Arabic to English translation test (accuracy must be higher than 90%)
2. Ms. Word and Ms. Excel tests (accuracy must be 100%)
